This charming and wonderful vintage trailer was lovingly rebuilt from the frame up by Retroluxe Vintage Trailers. New subflooring, very classic and durable Marmoleum sheet flooring. Rebuilt studs, wall panels, and cabinetry. The original thin paper insulation was replaced with 1/4″ thick foil-backed insulating foam. All cabinetry was rebuilt using the original design as templates. The stove range was rebuilt and powder coated, and is fully functional. The trailer has new leaf springs (as of 2014), and even the wheel hubs were rebuilt, though still require annual maintenance, of course. Cushions custom made with new fabric to match counter. One interior propane lamp, all other lighting is LED, including an exterior above-door LED light. Sleeps up to three adults. Back couch converts to a bed for two, while the dinnette table can be removed to make a third person sleeping spot. All jalousie windows work just fine!
Trailer comes with custom made awning sewn by Marti’s Awnings. It is red, black and grey and is awesome.

Also included: Hoses for water, astro-turf for exterior.

Tech Details:

Electricity-
The trailer is equipped with a WFCO Power Center, model WF-8735P, which charges a deep cycle 12V battery. Site electrical power hookup is under the trailer.

Water-
The trailer is equipped with a 5 gallon fresh water tank, and uses a SHURflo 5A, 3.1gpm positive displacement pump. There is also a hookup for site water services.
Refrigerator-

The refrigerator is a Dometic RM36E three source unit (AC/DC/Propane). It’s designed to primarily run off propane, using the battery as a backup. When connected to AC, it can be run off this primarily.
