This 1965 Aristocrat Lo-Liner has been remodeled and modernized to be a backyard she-shed, tiny guest home/Airbnb, office, or just a great getaway anywhere you would like to go. Weighing around 1800 pounds, this little trailer can be pulled easily and can fit in most garages! (7 ft tall, 15 ft long from rear to hitch). Here is a list of what was done:

For sleeping, the rear sofa pulls out to sleep 2, and you could also fit one or 2 in the dinette area (table drops down between the seats)
The propane has been disconnected, however, we are including the painted/matching tanks for the vintage trailer look on the exterior. It is not pictured, but we will also be including the original fiberglass rock guard to protect the front windows during travel.
We do prefer local pickup here in Utah, but we have had other buyers use shipping companies such as uShip to deliver across the nation.
