Single axle trailer measuring 13’ long (bumber to hitch), weighs 1700# (dry weight) and the hitch weighs 320#. The lighter weight makes for very easy towing. There are 3 fold out beds (rear sofa, upper sleeping berth, and convertible dining booth) There is no ‘bathroom’ but the reinforced closet contains a new/unused porta-potty.

Ample storage underneath dinette benches and rear sofa. Lots of upper cabinets, 2 kitchen cabinet drawers, built in cutting board, and closet space with clothes rod and top shelf. Walls are white, cabinets are a light dove grey. Original formica countertop and tabletop are in great shape as is the sink and propane stove/oven. Trailer has been parked and tarped for several years.
