16′ Kayot Forester in very good condition, new tires, wheel bearings removed, cleaned and repacked with new grease, metal trim around perimeter has been resealed, has new Coleman mach III A/C unit with dedicated 30 amp breaker, new electrical panel installed, has original furnace, stove/oven, and water heater which all work as they should, plumbing works with no leaks, has shower but is very small. Original gold countertops and couch/pull out bed are intact and in good shape. New propane tanks. All Jalousie Windows crank out and work as they should. Couch folds into a bed and kitchen table is also converted to a bed. Has one functioning LP gas lantern. Trailer dry weight is approximately 1700 lb.
